A MAN who hit a person with his car then drove off with the victim clinging to the windscreen wipers has been jailed.Grzegorz Musial was sentenced to 14 months in prison at Guildford Crown Court on Wednesday (March 4) having previously pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm, dangerous driving, driving without insurance and failing to stop at the scene of an accident.The 28-year-old, of West Barnes Lane, New Malden, was also banned from driving for 18 months.Atat 10.30am on October 14...
