A MAN has been charged after a shop keeper was threatened with a golf club.
On March 7, police were called to a newsagent on Shelvers Way, Tadworth, shortly before 5pm after reports of an incident.
Today, Fredrick Terence Mott, 64, was charged with affray, common assault, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, driving while under the influence of alcohol and urinating in a public place.
He has been released on conditional police bail to appear in court next month.
