FIRE crews battled a diesel spill which ran down the Dorking road for miles this morning.
Highways Agency staff are currently on the scene dealing with the clear-up, which was reported at a7.47 this morning on the road between Tadworth and Betchworth.
A fire crew from Reigate Fire Station found a huge pool of diesel fuel which was then running down the road from the Pfizer roundabout towards Pebble Hill.
There was no sign of what had caused the spillage.
