About 30 fire fighters tackled a blaze which broke out at around 1am today.
It happened at Painshall Farm off Dunsfold Road, Cranleigh.
The blaze damaged farm buildings as well as a nearby car and van.
No-one was hurt in the incident.
Horses were evacuated from nearby stables as the fire took hold.
Crews from Dorking, Leatherhead and Guildford were among those in attendance.
