TRAFFIC is slow on the clockwise stretch of the M25 this morning following an accident.One lane is closed and cars are queuing between Junction 8 for Reigate and Junction 9 for Leatherhead.The Highways Agency tweeted to say the incident caused severe barrier damage.On the rails, Southern is reporting a good service to all of its lines.Check back for updates.
