A 47-year-old woman from the Horley area has been arrested on suspicion of failing to stop at the scene of an accident and drink driving, after a cyclist was found dead in the road early this morning.The cyclist was killed in an apparent hit-and-run incident in Beare Green in the early hours of this morning.
