DELAYS are being caused on the M25 because of a dog running loose on the carriageway.The animal is believed to have been struck by a vehicle on the clockwise stretch between Junction 9 (Leatherhead) and Junction 10 (Guildford).However it was running loose after that, so its injuries are not thought to be serious.Surrey Police officers were called to the scene at about 12.15pm to reports of a woman chasing the dog along the motorway.It is unclear if the dog has been caught.
