AN "INSPIRATIONAL" driving force behind a Reigate community centre has died in a tragic accident.Andy Skilling, the chairman of Colman Redland Community Centre in Croydon Road, fell from a ladder while carrying out repairs at the centre he was devoted to.Mr Skilling, 69, suffered a devastating brain injury in the incident on October 24.
