POLICE have extended the bail of a man arrested in connection with the death of Ben Regan.Ben Regan, of Redhill, died after the collision when leaving a night out with friends close to Joules bar in Bell Street, Reigate, on June 20 at 2.45am.A Surrey Police spokesperson said: "The man arrested in connection with the fatal collision, where 20-year-old Ben Regan sadly died, has been re-bailed until December 11 while the investigation continues."
