TWO of the main arterial roads through Surrey are jammed this morning due to the closure of Reigate Hill.
The hill was closed this morning after a car hit a tree between the junctions with Gatton Bottom and Raglan Road. It remains closed at the moment.
The roundabout junction with the A217 and M25 at the top of Reigate Hill is currently blocked and drivers have been sat for up to 45 minutes without moving.
