FIREFIGHTERS were called to Salfords today to provide "unattended" horses with water.Crew members from Horley fire station were called to Picketts Lane by an RSPCA officer at around 12pm this afternoon.Upon arrival, they used a hose reel to refill an empty water container for five of the thirsty animals, who had been left "unattended with no water" in today's hot weather.The Mirror has contacted the RSPCA for more details about the animals.
