A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage following an altercation in Redhill.Officers were called following the incident at around 1pm on April 10. A white Ford Focus was driving along Pendleton Road when it is believed a pedestrian stepped out in front of it. This led to a disagreement between the driver and the walker.A woman, who knew one of the people involved, drove passed in her car and stopped to intervene.
