A WOMAN was assaulted after a dog ran in front of her car in Betchworth.At around 9.10am on Tuesday, the victim, who is in her 50s, was driving along Brockham Lane when a white and brown, long-haired springer cross dog ran out in front of her.The woman slammed on her brakes and the animal escaped unharmed.
