A MAN needed to be cut from his vehicle after a collision on the M23 last night.Firefighters and paramedics were called to a slip road on the motorway between junctions eight and nine at around 11.15pm, following a collision between two cars.One man, in his 30s, was cut out of his vehicle by firefighters. He was then taken to East Surrey Hospital, in Redhill, by road ambulance to receive treatment for head and neck injuries along with back pain.
