TWO MEN stole a cash box from a farm in South Godstone, while pretending to be shoppers trying to buy eggs.The pair stole the box, containing around £400, from a property off Eastbourne Road at around 4.45pm yesterday. They called at the farm using the guise they needed to buy eggs.The men are described as white, of stocky build and around 5ft 6ins tall and aged in their mid-40s.
