A SPEED camera was set alight in Lower Kingswood.The camera on the A217, Reigate Road, close to the junction with Copthorne Road, was set on fire between 10pm and 11.15pm on January 8.The blaze was started by an offender who, police believe, used a ladder to climb up the side of the camera and set fire to a tyre placed around the top.Surrey Police officers were scrambled to the scene where firefighters were already in attendance.Officers are appealing for witnesses and would particularly like to...
