CONCERN is growing following the disappearance of James Phelan.The 42-year-old was last seen at St Peter's Hospital in Chertsey at 7pm on August 8.He has medical issues and police are concerned for his welfare. He is described as white, 6ft1', of a slim build with dark brown hair which is receding at the front and collar-length at the back.
