EMERGENCY services are at the scene of a serious collision which has brought a Lingfield road to a standstill.Two cars, one of which is believe to be a Jaguar, collided at around 1.30pm today (Tuesday) in Newchapel Road.Police, fire crews and ambulances are at the scene, it is not clear if anyone has been injured but witnesses reported seeing one driver being cut out of his car by firefighters.This is not the first incident in the area.Newchapel Road resident Eve Thompson described the...
