A MAN who urinated on a shop before assaulting the owner with a golf club has avoided jail.
Terrence Mott(CORR) initially relieved himself in the alleyway next to the newsagents in Shelvers Hill, Tadworth, just before 5pm on March 7. He fled in a car when confronted by the shop owner but returned minutes later and assaulted the man with a golf club.
