THREE fire engines battled a blaze on the M25 this morning (Saturday) after a coach caught fire between Junction 8 (Reigate) and Junction 9 (Leatherhead).
Firefighters were called to the scene at about 9.30am, after the fire started in the coach's engine.
All the passengers had been evacuated by the time the crews arrived on the scene, but lanes were closed by the Highways Agency to allow for the vehicle to be safely removed.
