Three teenage boys have been arrested following a suspicious fire in Horley last night (Thursday, March 27).
Officers were called to the four storey block of flats named Elbourne House on Lumley Road at around 6pm after reports a fire had been deliberately started at the location.
Surrey Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene and extinguished the fire which is believed to have started when a roll of carpet was set alight in the stairwell.
