SECTIONS of the River Thames in Surrey and Middlesex are still on yellow flood alert this morning. This is the lowest of the Environment Agency's warnings. The agency warns people to be alert to the possibility of flooding to low-lying land. Levels are high after the wettest winter on record and high rainfall totals on Sunday night.
