A four-day-old puppy was "dumped like rubbish" in a
Tadworth bin just before the high winds of Storm Doris ravaged through Surrey.
The RSPCA has launched an investigation into how the dog ended up in communal bins in Pitwood Green earlier this week.
Named Doris after the storm she was found in, the "tiny bundle of fur" is currently being cared for and bottle-fed by staff at RSPCA Millbrook in Chobham every three hours after suffering the traumatic experience.
