A paedophile who travelled to Oxted with the intention of sexually abusing a five-year-old girl has been jailed for six years.Carl Windsor, 29, from Norwich, travelled to the town to meet with a man he had been talking to online, and with the intention of abusing the child.However, on January 22, 2016 he was intercepted by officers from Kent Police who had been investigating him.
